Utility Assistance

Utility Assistance Opens: March 20, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.

1. The bill must be in the applicant's name.
2. We DO NOT assist with disconnected bills.
3. You must have all the required documents.
4. If your bill exceeds $500.00 we CANT assist.
5. You must have made a payment in the last 90 days to get this assistance.
6. We DO NOT give credits.  We only pay the face value of the bill not exceeding our payment level of $200.00.
7. We only assist Bloom Township Residents once in a 12 month period.
8. We assist with Water, Gas, and Electric bills.

For this program, Applications are limited.  First come First served.
