2nd Grade: Mrs. Baugh's Class Cinco de Mayo is our style. The parade is longer than a mile. Spanish is what we talk. We shake our maracas when we walk. We Cha-Cha when we dance. We won the battle against France. Tacos are the best. We’d rather eat one than the rest. The Mariachi Band plays under the sun. Then we listen to music as we have fun.

We finished up our Cinco de Mayo celebrations thanks to the "Cinco de Mayo" dancers from our own Rickover Junior High School. Since they were busy on May 5th we got to enjoy their dancing on May 22nd. |
