THANK YOU!!

The Administration & Staff of Community Consolidated School  District 168 would like to thank each and every school board member for their dedicated service and commitment in ensuring every student receives the best education possible.  We thank you for your vision and leadership.

SKYWARD SPECIAL NOTICE

The District is moving forward in its Skyward implementation process. Beginning in late January 09' the district began the beta testing phase of the parent portal. Select parents were given access to their students records through the parent portal. These parents will then report to the district with comments on access, student information, and ease of use. Beta testing is a safe and reliable way to ensure that the system is working properly before we give access to everyone. We thank you for your patience.

District News and Events

  • At the Board of Education meeting held on May 15th, 2008 the board approved the purchase, installation and upgrade to the Skyward Student Management System. This new system will allow parents access to their child's grades, attendance, discipline & homework assignments. We see this new endeavor fostering greater communication between parents, teachers and students. The new system will be implemented over the summer break.
  • The District initiated an all-day Kindergarten this school year; the program has been very successful thanks to the School Administrators and teaching staff.
  • Rickover initiated a new program “Strive for Success” which has a component that includes a cheerleading squad for the Boy’s basketball team.
