Image of National Suicide Prevention Week

This week we are reminded that every one of us is important, valued, and never truly alone. If you are struggling, please know there are people who care and want to help — friends, family, teachers, counselors, and trained professionals. Reaching out is a sign of strength, and support is always available. Remember: your life has meaning, your voice matters, and brighter days are ahead.

Thank you to all who participated in this important event and thank you to Mrs. Reillo for organizing RJHS's recognition of Suicide Prevention Week. She shared resources with teachers that they shared with their homerooms. Each class brainstormed words of encouragement that they wrote on Post-it notes. Those notes were collected and formed into a heart that is displayed on the RJHS Media Center window. Come check it out.
