Blossoms ELC is mainly focused on identifying risk factors or community issues such as: reducing infant mortality, increasing infant vitality, increasing immunization rates or well-visits, closing achievement gap, building social resources to isolated families, detecting delays early, serving military families who are isolated, improving literacy, or access to books in the home, reducing child abuse, addressing material depression. These are important issue in our community.

During visits, our home visiting professionals assess family needs and partner with parents to set family goals. Home visitors provide necessary information and resources to help parents support the emotional, behavioral, and physical development of their children.
